The benefits that Members derive from their Inner Circle membership are as varied as the business owners themselves and the topics they bring each month to their peer group. We’d classify those benefits into three main categories that build off each other:

• Clarity. Through our Vision Quest process, Members define what it is they actually want to achieve for both their businesses, and their lives. The Vision Quest has been called by some a “transformational experience,” encouraging the Member to contemplate the ‘bigger picture’ and engage in a level of introspectiveness that many haven’t done in quite awhile. As part of the Vision Quest, the Member defines and shares their specific Action Items, and receives both constructive and supportive feedback from their peer group.
• Accountability. Inner Circle Members understand that being held accountable by both their Facilitator and fellow Members keeps them on track to achieve their Vision. Working from both the Vision Quest Action Items, and the monthly Action Items that emerge from each meeting, Members stay clear on their priorities and are propelled to execute on the advice and ideas received from their group.
• Success. The definition of success is different for everyone, and ultimately measured by the progress one makes on their Vision annually. Common successes achieved by our Members include better decision making ability, greater confidence, higher revenues and increased profits, stronger competitive positioning and better work/life balance. There is also the harder to quantify benefit of simply not feeling alone ‘at the top’ and knowing your Circle is always there for talk-time and as a resource.
